‘Rhyming With Orange’ (RWO) are a 4 piece band from Southport and Crosby who describe themselves as ‘acoustic rock with a folky citrus zest!’ The band is equally adept at playing driving acoustic rock and playing sets with minimum percussion as the venue/ event/ occasion requires.
Musical influences include The Kinks; Fairport Convention; Fleetwood Mac whilst retaining their own unique sound.
Playing a mixture of original material and cover versions the RWO have headlined numerous festivals and venues throughout the north-west and released their first CD EP of original material, ‘Eye Games’, in 2020, to positive worldwide reviews, raising money for 2 mental health charities.
