If you are selling anything, you will should donate £25.00.
We will include details of your stall on our website and social media promotions.
If you are setting up anything that could pose a risk to the public, you must have public liability insurance.

Stalls selling food or drink

We are not accepting applications for commercial stalls selling food or drink, including sweets, for consumption on the green. This is because the ethos of the event is to bring a picnic. We would accept a community group selling food if it were as a fundraiser for an Ainsdale volunteer group like scouts or guides.
If you are supplying food in Ainsdale, you are welcome to display your wares. Jars of pickle for takeaway home consumption could be sold or given away as samples.
So apply and the committee will consider your application.
